Is it possible to reinstate an account for selling inauthentic items without proper invoices?

For this type of suspension, Amazon only needs your documents for the goods. Trying to prove anything on appeal is quite problematic.

However, our team managed to reinstate such an account only through appeals and in the absence of proper invoices. Amazon did not accept the clients’ invoices because the supplier was unreliable. It took us only 2 appeals to explain to Amazon the problem with the supplier and his invoices and to give them the details of the new verifiable supplier.

The account was reinstated without asking for invoices from the new suppliers.
