Customer inauthenticity complaints

Shortly before the suspension, our client received several complaints from customers about the authenticity of the merchandise. At first the complaints were reflected only in the Account Health. Later, Amazon blocked the account and requested an appeal and invoice for one of the ASIN.

The client provided an invoice and we wrote an appeal, but it was denied. As it turned out, Amazon needed an invoice for another item that they had not originally included in the letter.

In the appeal itself, we wrote about the reasons that the goods were defective (defective batch) and that the wrong items were shipped (no system for sorting and checking the goods before shipping).
After providing two invoices and an updated appeal, the account was reinstated
