Recently, Amazon has increasingly begun to block such accounts when selling goods that can only be sold by US residents. Amazon does not consider such accounts as resident accounts. In their understanding, it is the individual (in this case, the owner of the company) who must be a resident in order to sell this category of goods. However, there are still accounts that sell in this status.
When requesting a withdrawal of funds, Amazon requested video verification and supply chain. There were no invoices from clients, since it was a drop. We have also resolved this issue.
We prepared the client for video verification (we worked through all possible questions and gave instructions).
