The reason for account deactivation: Product inauthenticity concern

Amazon blocked the account for relation to the same account, but on a different marketplace.

The client was actively selling on the US marketplace. The other marketplaces were automatically opened after the account was registered. For more than a year they were in an inactive status and required verification. However, the client was not interested in it, because the main sales were through the U.S.
The suspension letter indicated the old name of the account. This name remained on all other marketplaces. After a call we were able to find out that the Australian Marketplace was the reason for the blocking of the main account.
In two days we managed to pass the verification on the Australian Market, after which the main US account was reinstated.
