The reason for account deactivation: Product inauthenticity concern

Verification procedure. The need to provide utility bill.

The account was suspended 10 days.

Immediately after registering the account, Amazon asked for proof of address documents (utility bill). Before contacting us, the client prepared the document, translated it into English and notarized the translation. However, the document was rejected.
After checking the account, we found out that the data in the document did not fully match the data in the account (Business address). Our specialists helped the client to prepare a new version of the document with correct information and send it to Amazon.

After 5 days the account was reinstated.
