The lawyers carefully reviewed the listings, the patent itself and concluded that the complaints were valid. The client's team did not have sufficient knowledge to prevent patent infringement. In the preventive part, we detailed the new listing verification system, collaboration with attorneys specialized in this area, and a staff training plan (we provided several links to patent information materials).
