Is it possible to remove the related suspension by ordinary appeals and without any documents?

Such cases include the situation when you really have one account, and you have never seen the related account. But even this situation is not as easy as it seems. It would take a large number of appeals to prove Amazon wrong.
However, if you do know the related account, and you acknowledge the relation, then appeals without documentation are of no value to Amazon. This happened in one of our recent cases. The client knew the related account and speculated how they might have been linked. At first, we tried to reinstate the account with appeals alone, but were continually denied. Then we decided to draw up a business sale document, along with a notarized written statement from the owner of the second account confirming the purchase of the business and the lack of connection to the client's current business.
After a long review of the appeal and documents, the account was restored.
