The reason for account deactivation: Product inauthenticity concern

The account was blocked for suspected counterfeiting.

Having analyzed the available documents, as well as the listings our lawyers came to the conclusion that the sale of these products had not approved by the rights holders. This was the reason for the complaints received.
In the root causes of the POA we fully admitted the guilt and explained the mistakes made by the misapplication of the first sale doctrine (under certain circumstances it allows reselling the branded goods without the brand owners' permission).
The preventive part of the POA emphasized an in-depth analysis of the first sale doctrine to fully understand it, staff training, and close cooperation with lawyers in subsequent sales of branded goods.
One day after the appeal and invoices were sent, the account was reinstated.
