The reason for account deactivation: Product inauthenticity concern

Account deactivated for COUNTERFEIT COMPLAINTS and SUSPECTED HIJACKING of listings.

At the time the case was evaluated, the brand on all of the problematic listings was different from what was listed in the original complaints. The case is quite complex, but we have positive experience in solving it. We want to note that the client had nothing to do with the brand change and hijacking of listings.
In our appeals, we described in detail the process of adding listings, as well as pointing out the impossibility of editing them on our part. At the same time, it was necessary to admit guilt of infringement of the rights of the originally mentioned brands.
The appeal process took about a month. Our appeals were sent twice for Second Review (a kind of Escalation through Account Health Team). Already after the second time the account was restored.
Despite the simplicity of proving that the client could not change the brand on the listings, Amazon is extremely difficult to accept this information, and it seems they cannot believe it, although it is quite easy to verify.
